The President oversees all of Investment Society's operations and ensures that all departments are running smoothly.

Settareh Zandnia

Settareh is in her third year of the Management Program specializing in accounting. Upon graduation, she plans on pursuing a career in accounting and corporate law. Settareh joined Investment Society to expand her knowledge of finance and to become involved within her school community. She began as an External Relations Associate before taking on the role of Vice-President of External Relations and, finally, the position of President. Investment Society has helped her to develop important soft skills and has expanded her knowledge of the world of finance, just as she hoped it would. She is excited to offer students great opportunities for the 2011-2012 academic year including competitions, seminars and tutorials. In her spare time, Settareh enjoys travelling, watching Alfred Hitchcock movies, and reading books; her favourite books include Huis Clos, Candide and Bossypants.
